Who is the most famous person you have seen/met?

Recommended Posts

I've met Ant, Dec and Cat on the 2nd to last show they did together... I also touched Sir Paul McCartney, well actually he soldier barged me going through the crowd on stage :P I spoke to the guys from the band Feeder (the last time they did any sort of show before one of the guys commited suicide)... all in all that trip to CD:UK via a friend in Surrey who's dad works for the studio was pretty good...

also got scripts from the SMTV and CD:UK show and autographs from ant, dec and cat... wonder if they're worth anything? =\

[edit]

also met annika rice a LONG time ago, she was doing something at the farm in heeley... I was a little kid then though!

Ashley Jackson (painter). We were buying a painting of his. What an interesting bloke he turned out to be.

Princess Anne. She waved at the crowd one evening as she came to the opening of the Weston Park Hospital. The crowd was me (just me) walking into Uni for an evening lecture. Sad for both of us?

Dr Edward de Bono (lateral thinking expert). Who??

The Queen at Sheffield Town Hall.

Neil Kinnock at the opening of Red Tape Studios (that was me next to him mouthing hello mam on the telly).

Guy Salmon (racing driver) on way back from Le Mans ( a real gent).

The man who wrote the book on lateral thinking, literally. Have used his "six thinking hats a few times. good way of exploring ideas, if you can get over the seeming gimmick-iness of it.

Even got an assignment back once marked "don't be so red hat"
