LeMaquis
"no it isn't" well your statement must be correct then superior being ! If you'd given some evidence to your claim that people are more willing these days to kill over trivial things then it may have helped your argument. Hots on
Perhaps you could do a little research first instead of just mouthing off...? for example.... http://www.ons.gov.uk/ons/rel/crime-stats/crime-statistics/focus-on-violent-crime-and-sexual-offences--2013-14/index.html Have you ever considered that not every road rage incident is reported to and recorded by the police? crookedspire
Have you ever considered that not every road rage incident is reported to and recorded by the police? You have just won the jackpot point , when crimes are committed most of the time people are given a crime number and that's your lot. No manpower to look into cases so crime goes unsolved little wounder people have lost faith in our justice system.
Longcol
Have you ever considered that not every road rage incident is reported to and recorded by the police? Damn site easier to report it nowadays when nearly everyone carries a mobile than 20 years ago when you'd have had to find go home or find a phone box. Cyclone
With the tragic road rage death in Sussex that is truly shocking, do we need more tougher laws on this and how would they be implemented? . Iv seen road rage a few times over the years but never on this scale , it seems some people who get behide a car wheel have a charge of personality and the slightest thing bang the fists are out. The guy is being charged with murder, can it be much tougher than that? ---------- Post added 20-07-2015 at 21:51 ---------- Don't know about road rage but willingness to kill a fellow man for trivial things seems to be on the increase Compared to the good old days, when people could duel on the common with rapiers and kill each other over an insult... ---------- Post added 20-07-2015 at 21:53 ---------- Have you ever considered that not every road rage incident is reported to and recorded by the police? So then what evidence could we base supposition about it being more common on? Is there a reason to believe that the level of reporting has fallen? Or is it likely that it was always only reported for the most serious instances? If it's the latter, then the police numbers will still tell us if it's increasing or not. crookedspire
Its time for a rethink on murder, the death plenty should be brought back, O' wait the do gooders would come out in force demanding rights for the murderer. But what if it was one of their family or children who was murdered would they still sing that song?
RonJeremy
Its time for a rethink on murder, the death plenty should be brought back, O' wait the do gooders would come out in force demanding rights for the murderer. But what if it was one of their family or children who was murdered would they still sing that song? That is what the law is there for - give an impartial view on crime. It is there to stop revenge. I am in agreement with you about the dogooders being a problem on many things.
SportsTrophy
Maybe death penalty is a bit strong, maybe word it as "chosen to donate organs to sufferers of long term illnesses" Should be good for the good dogooders
