Yeah they sell mostly the same exact items with homebase doing a couple that Argos dont and vice versa. Its all from the same suppliers though and it can look nice to start with but just wears badly and lasts no time.

Just an idea take a look at Ikea. Plenty to choose from and you can go and play about with them to check ease of use and size etc. My in laws bought one for their apartment in Spain a year or two back and its spot on. I think you get what you pay for but I can't complain about the quality of stuff I have had from there. They do simple foam pull out ones that would do for an overnighter through to full blown sprung mechanism beds. Bit of a hike to Notts or Leeds but the meat balls on the restaurant are quite nice

Ikea all the way for me.

There's a good range of prices too and not too far away down the M1 to Nottingham or up to Leeds.

Daven I've seen one I like but I've passed details to my brother for his opinion. He'll be the one + wife that will be sleeping on it after all!
