pattricia Posted December 11, 2015 Share Posted December 11, 2015 I am surprised that no one has tried an electric plug in heat wrap for leg cramps. My friend has them now and again and bought one of those heat wraps from Argos which she wraps round the cramped area for at least 20 mins at a time. Better still of course is an electric under blanket on your bed. Switch on when the cramps come on.! No side effects either like drugs !! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
