MikeFrank Posted August 2, 2015 Share Posted August 2, 2015 Hello - Rather than wade through all the stuff on the net I thought I'd ask the learned folk on here I'm trying to find an answer for someone else. He's 24 and been on an Apprenticeship for 4 months. The course is 9 months long. He's never had any time off but is now ill and off sick. He was off all last week but is still ill... What are his rights in relation to sick pay. How long could he claim it and how much will it be? Also how will time off effect the length of his course...
