taxman
It was fantastic last year, great beers and a brilliant location. I've booked two days off work because I think I'll be in recovery.
Andy C
It was fantastic last year, great beers and a brilliant location. I've booked two days off work because I think I'll be in recovery. Glad you enjoyed it, some minor tweaks this year based on lessons learnt that should make it even better- hopefully we will have the same luck with the weather so everyone can drink outside in the Courtyard again! I suppose I should start ordering beer now...
taxman
I think most beer fest goes are used to the usual marquees and spit and sawdust but last year we loved the Millowners pub bit. It was like a real, nice, relaxing pub. Stroke of genius to move it Kelham Island...whoever made that decision...give them a medal.
Andy C
A lot of the best loved beer festivals seem to have different areas to explore, each with different character. Kelham Island Museum does seem to achieve this with the upper hall, Millowners, courtyard and marquee - and new this year, engine room!
Hallam100
I can see the admission price on the website, but can anyone tell me how much the beer is once you are in? Thanks
jemson
Varies a lot. Depends on brewer on strength. Best think on £3 a pint. Better tho asking for a taste and or do halfs or thirds.
