I call shenanigans! I agree. Sounds like the kind of email spam warning people mindlessly sent around offices 15 years ago. Next well be hearing about the gangs who drive around at night with no lights on, or who knock people out with fake perfume, or hiv needles in cinema seats - just make sure to change the city name to your own before spamming everyone!
