Oooh another free person of the land. If you watch TV via a live signal then pay up because thats the law and you are sponging off everyone else. If you dont want to pay then dont watch it via a live signal. Its not hard. The trouble with all you FMOTL people is that most of you do watch TV, but somehow think you shouldnt have to pay like everyone else does. The fee is almost certain to be decriminalised, which means no criminal record, but then it will be easier for the BBC to win their cases and you will just get a county court judgement against you instead, which isnt great for credit ratings if you are bothered about that. You should pay where it requires you to do so and shouldnt otherwise. If you view TV via a live signal then you should pay. If you arent then you dont need to pay. The fact the BBC have lied to us for thirty years about people who we grew up thinking they were our hero's and half of them were pedophiles , was enough evidence for me not pay it.Regardless of my credit rating or criminal record.
