Yes, because they are or suspected to be ISIS terrorists. By the way, what are your thoughts on the migrants coming from North Africa? They do what we have been doing, sending money and resources to help fund refugee camps, but they protect their country by not letting (refuges?) in, some of them might be IS fighters and supporters.
