We are hoping to speak to individuals (18 years +) who want to take on the challenge of motivating their mum or dad to turn their life around. In the programme we will be touching on a variety of issues including; health and fitness, diet and nutrition, financial wellbeing, self-esteem and confidence as well as dating and friendship.
