WiseOwl182
how do you know I'm white? If there was an optional non-Muslim carriage, would you class that as discrimination? Or optional non-black carriages?
TJC1
If there was an optional non-Muslim carriage, would you class that as discrimination? Or optional non-black carriages? in a parallel universe, removing the fact blacks and muslims pose no threat to white people to necissitate requirement for a white only carriage...i suppose it would be classed as discriminatory. GLASGOWOODS
No you misunderstand....discrimination cones in many forms, I'm asking you HOW men are discriminated against? What do we lose from having optional female only carriages. .I think you know we lose nothing and that's why you won't answer. ---------- Post added 29-08-2015 at 12:35 ---------- Evidence.....? I suppose you've costed this up and done the female consultation yourself then? ---------- Post added 29-08-2015 at 12:36 ---------- I think you'll find private men only clubs So I'm in Glasgow Central about to hand over £120 return to Sheffield, and the cashier informs me all seats are sold out, although I can clearly see dozens of empty seats in the female only carriage. Do you not think this is lost revenue for the train company?

Im sure they can find a way to bolt on another carriage...it might even encourage more women to travel on train. ---------- Post added 30-08-2015 at 11:47 ---------- Bit sexiest aint it? However, a few months ago I caught the train from Doncaster to Edinburgh, and it was packed out. No seats available and dozens of passengers standing in every carriage except first- class, which was half full. I thought bugger this and entered first- class, (don't know why it's first- class really? it's crap). Got myself a seat and stayed there until I reached Edinburgh. Did the ticket man say owt? No. Would I have paid up if he got huffy? No. Did anyone else follow me into first- class to grab a seat? No. It's all psychological, the majority of people obey the rules. I think what I'm trying to say is if 'women only' carriages came into force, (which I don't agree with) then most males would conform
