I used to work for them, I thought it was silly increasing the fitting pricee, that said I quite like that we offer the 5 year warranty on the batteries, knowing I can always get a replacement while I've got the car is handy. Maybe i was pushing it a bit far but if he hasnt got a battery and fitted in ten days then there something wrong ! Thow i have taken out, rebuit and refitted a engine in 3 !
