I've just been watching some old Tomorrows World programmes and they were truly inspirational. I never really appreciated how innovative they were when I watched them as a youngster. It's so sad that a whole generation of young people are going to be deprived of educational and forward thinking programmes such as this. I think the nearest thing to this today is Click on BBC. It's no where near as interesting now though. It was a time of technological breakthrough at the time, whereas now, if I saw a 'Click' where it said that in 20 years Apple or Google will have a device/chip in almost everyone's head reading every thought, I wouldn't be inspired, shocked, excited or entertained.
