TJC1
What's wrong with eating pesticides? Its a good question. I dont have much time today to pull out research. Non organic pesticides are synthetic and no doubt poisonous to humans and contimate the environment. some debate as to what is harmful level... its certainly an interesting debate. onewheeldave
Will give you one example. Pesticide grown fruit and veg Vs Organic Are you convinced pesticides aren't bad for health and the environment? Do you think it's better to eat pesticide than go organic? Same? Worse? Some argue (a minority) that organic stuff is worse than conventional. Partly because, contrary to what most suppose, pesticides and fertilisers are used on organic produce- but the ones used must be on an approved list. The chemicals on the approved list are generally the older ones, considered more 'natural' (whatever that means in this context). Apparently, many of the chemicals approved for organic use, are more harmful than conventional ones. Andrew Perlot has a few videos up where he goes into why he thinks conventional produce can be preferable to organic-
