One collegaue of mine had said massage. Felt queasy amd was sick afterwards. A strange but not uncommon side effect apparently. So I did not partake. But it's called a "healing crisis" and is common, especially for people who don't get regular massages. Something to do with the release of toxins. How'd it go? Where'd you go? I'm a woman but I have had neck, shoulder, back and head massages to relieve muscle tension.
