Depends on why you or anyone else wouldnt want foreigners to come live on our island. If the reason is 'you hate brown or yellow people' or 'you hate foreigners in general' then yeah, its racist. What makes someone a racist is prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one’s own race is superior.
