My daughters school has banned crisps !!

Recommended Posts

Yeah but a banana would be even better than a bag of crisps wouldn't it.

Not all parents are responsible Cyclone and I think it is up to the schools to look out for the wellbeing of their pupils.

Children are fleeing war torn countries as we write!! if some podgy little kids can't go without a pack of crisps during their lunch then there's somert up!

You can have a banana and some crisps...

Not all parents are responsible, but they ARE parents.

Children are fleeing war torn countries as we write!! If some bureaucrat needs to dictate what children can and can't be fed then there's something wrong.

It's called discipline. It used to be in vogue, many years ago.

Did this girl learn the meaning of the word discipline or that school heads make very stupid decisions based on the idea that male teachers are easily distracted by girls wearing skirts and tight trousers.

Teenager was sent home from school at the beginning of the new term because teachers said her trousers were "too tight".

Harriet Dale, 15, claims she was told her trousers were not suitable to be worn at the school which recently banned skirts to save the blushes of male members of staff.

The Year 11 student says she was told to go home and change her trousers or face being put in isolation.

Her mum Helen was has been left incensed by the decision of staff at Trentham High School in Stoke-on-Trent at the start of "the most important year of her life" and fears the incident could knock her self-confidence.

It comes just months after the school imposed a blanket ban on skirts because it was a "distraction" for male members of staff.

Children don't need to eat the pile of fat and salt found in a bag of crisps. Fat children will become fat adults and have difficult lives and early deaths.

Keep it in perspective, 1 bag of crisps contains something like 10% of their daily calorie needs (and sugar is the new bad guy, not fat).

The rich(most kids have money these days) ones will just wait until they get home, of call at the shop on the way; haribos, crisps and chocolate.
