The workshop will be held in the Goodwin Sports Centre, University of Sheffield on Saturday 19th September between 13:00 - 17:00. The workshop focuses on the specific danger that women are faced with and it comprises of key theoretical and practical elements of personal safety. Various scenarios and situations will be addressed; principles, techniques and realistic drills will be taught and practised. There is a total of 15 places available.
