Moving jobs is the last resort. But it is the ultimate stick which motivates your employer to give due consideration to your request. If there is no better job available, there's nothing to complain about. If you already have the job with the best pay and conditions which are available to you, why are you complaining? ive read it and what you are saying in a nutshell is you either accept whats offered to you or leave to go and work somewhere else...if you can find a job....if you can find a job that pays more than previous job...
