I can understand your concern and think all crime and punishment should be dealt the same regardless of race . Thorpist Posted September 20, 2015 Share Posted September 20, 2015 (edited) Am I correct in thinking physical punishment meted out to women is allowed under islamic code. if so punishment for wife beating should be greater than for a muslim beating their spouse . How ridiculous are those thoughts! Punishment should be given regardless of culture. British law should be even for all.
