Aggressive Teeth Brushing: How much is too much?

With some of the electric toothbrushes it tells you if your brushing to hard. My Oral B has a smart guide timer. It has a face on the screen. If you press down to hard you get a sad face and a red light on the toothbrush.

ACleaning in-between teeth is essential I find the small brushes you can buy to be best.

Also use floss.

Mine flashes bright red on the back of the handle; it scared the life out of me the first time it happened

Mine flashes all the time, I just think its too sensitive.

I was listening to the radio, an 'expert. said the electric brushes with the little round heads are the best. I other the other sort, I will think about my options.
