El Cid
The Community Right to Challenge allows applicants (known as ‘relevant bodies’) to submit an expression of interest to provide, or assist in providing, a council service. Has anyone any experience of these right to carry out council services. Some people criticise council services, this right to challenge allows anyone the right to do that work. Perhaps, in practice, its just the big contracts that may be challenged?
