AMR67
Code 31 on my courier was an incorrect signal to the diesel smart module (DSM), check all the wiring on or around the diesel pump, mine turned out to be a loose connection.
muckymurphy
Code 31 on my courier was an incorrect signal to the diesel smart module (DSM), check all the wiring on or around the diesel pump, mine turned out to be a loose connection. thanks for that. have fiddled around with wires and connections to no avail. have also found out that different parts of the immobiliser may not be connecting. time for the auto electrician to do a diagnostic and narrow things down I think. ---------- Post added 30-09-2015 at 11:31 ---------- had auto electrician out. failed to sort out problem. seemed to have less idea than I did. took no notice of what the code was reading and what it meant. so, no wiser and £45 lighter.
