GLASGOWOODS Posted October 1, 2015 Share Posted October 1, 2015 Every residential property capable of separate ownership is either: a. a house [inc. mansion, bungalow, cottage (mews or otherwise), hall, etc.]; or b. a flat [inc. apartment, duplex, studio, penthouse, split-level, etc.] The variations are mere flim-flam beloved of developers and Estate Agents.
