Russia now bombing Syria

Recommended Posts

A bomb would seem the most likely, and not unexpected by all accounts. Russia isn't too worried by the PR aspect of conflict. They have really waded into Syria and are blasting ISIS off the map there.

The problem is ISIS are clearing off looking for targets that don't hit back so hard. It will probably increase the problems in Iraq and all surrounding countries. It will also bring forward terrorist attacks anywhere that ISIS is capable just to demonstrate they still can.

So you disagree with Russia's actions regarding bombing isis? considering it will escalate and bring forward isis attacks?

The government are considering a vote if they think they are able to get it through parliament to allow our forces to start bombing in Syria, but still seemed focused on the Assad regime which looks as if this could be complicated by Russia having quite a lot of their forces helping Assad.

France as a UN mandate to carry out bombing missions but they seem to be working with or under Russian instructions and I think the west would have to go this way but would Cameron and Obama allow our forces to work under Russian command with them having their troops on the ground in Syria already.

If the west start to attack without informing the Russians to what they are going to attack this could escalate into a very serious situation with there being a significant number of Russian troops in Syria and re portably Chinese special forces already on the ground.

You're in a bit of a corner son, exemplified by your confusion.

I can't help noticing on another thread you say "ISIS kills Muslims as well as westerners". It seems to be you that has a confusion about where people were born. Perhaps that is the crux of the problem.
