petcharlie Posted October 3, 2015 Share Posted October 3, 2015 Report out yesterday revealing that some GPs are getting payed and I quote thousands of pounds for not referring patients to hospital for scans and to see specialists. It went on to state that cancer patients were among those who are going without seeing consultants and are being denied expert involvement.This is after the Department of Health as withdrawn twenty cancer treatments including the only treatment that is beneficial to pancreas cancer sufferers.I can not believe this did not make any news in the media or on TV. ivan edake Posted October 5, 2015 Share Posted October 5, 2015 The GMC have no credibility whatsoever,they have made foul up after foul up and are always on the side of the doctors and never the patient.They are a self regulating organisation and should have been investigated and disbanded years ago.
