cgksheff
I moved recently and asked for my card to vote. I never received it and was fobbed off when I called and e-mailed. Still need to draft my letter of complaint!!! Asked for your card? Have you registered to vote from your new address and removed yourself from the register at your old address? https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote
lauren84
Ha ha! It's just me being thick then! I have never voted before and assumed you needed the card I think I need sometimes! I do sometimes astound myself at my dizziness, no wonder they were baffled when I called!

jgharston
44% of votes Yet 68% of seats on Council Shame Cameron screwed old Cleggy over PR Woulda been a much fairer system! Lib Dems been cheated out of 3 seats If we had council elections with STV on the Scottish model, the LibDems would likely have had four fewer seats. STV modelling 2016, map STV modelling year by year, graph Of course, the modelling doesn't (and can't) take into account voters behaving differently with a different voting system. apelike
Not sure what others think but I find it much more convenient and better to have a postal vote.

Hambeast
Postal vote to open to fiddling. So is normal voting. Are you a bit paranoid?
