x-GiGgLeS-x
I went into the store at weekend and got my fella a pair of trainers. The trainers was too small. I went today for a bigger size they did not have his size in and would not refund me. Instead I ended up with a poxy receipt which is meant to be a credit note. I have gone on their website tonight to try and get trainers. Tried to use this. It accepted the number then there page crashed. The delivery charge has gone out of PayPal but no order has now been placed according to there site and now it's saying there is no money on my voucher thing as it has been used. Please someone help

tinfoilhat
Will they be able to trace I haven't used the voucher I don't know. They'll have to tie it to a purchase you haven't made/received so they'll know.
x-GiGgLeS-x
I can prove I have been charged via PayPal for the delivery but the item hasn't gone thru so I won't receive it if this makes sense but it's classed my voucher as payment for a product that not going to be delivered
JFKvsNixon
Will they be able to trace I haven't used the voucher If they don't have any record of any purchase made by the voucher, which they won't, then there shouldn't be any problem. If they can't they probably issue a credit note to replace the knackered one. Bish bosh.

It'll get sorted tomorrow.
999tigger
Yes but its easier if you bookmark or take some reference number of your transaction. Also have the credit voucher number at hand. Its a simple thing and I wouldnt worry.
