dipseyriz
Are you using your fire or heating yet? The nights are drawing in and the temperature is dropping, but as of yet i haven't had to use any form of heating, a nice warm dressing gown has worked wonders so far. Vaati
Yep our heating has been on for a few weeks now. Both me and my mom feel the cold easily. Even with a dressing gown!
dipseyriz
I must admit that i've felt a little colder over the last few days. I think i'll end up putting the heating on at some point this week. Thinking about it made me curious as to how many of us are using heating of some form already. Grenoside123
Been using it on and off for the past few months now. You just can't beat that lovely cosy house feeling

Central heating has been coming on since early to mid Sept I think. It's down to single figures at night, and I'd rather it be a bit warmer than that when I'm making my morning cup of tea. biotechpete
Switched ours on last week. Only for 30 mins morning and evening. I've been gradually insulating the house so we use the heating less and less.
Nagel
It depends on your situation at home. People living in modern well insulated apartments wont need so much heat as those living in old detached houses.
Resident
Ours has come on in the last week. Set on Auto with 3 thermostats. If average drops below 17°C then it starts up.
