Vaati
It can be different for each person. I found drinking plenty of water and tea helped me. Along with having the window open a little bit. Also rest up. But personally I'd listen to ymy doctor more than a booklet or anyone on a forum when it comes to health.
biotechpete
Honey and ginger tea and inhaling menthol, that's unless you're a brilliant chemist and can synthesise some AF219. Could be an allergy to mould. With leaves falling this time of year there is a spike in airborne mould species. You could try an antihistamine.
