Junior Development / Academy Manager: This is an external / internal vacancy. The candidate will be responsible for the growth of the clubs junior section. Immediate priority would be formation of new teams and recruitment of managers and coaches. The club would also consider interest from existing junior clubs with no progression pathway for senior players who may wish to become the clubs junior section with full support of the club. Ladies Development Manager The club are looking to appoint a suitable person to enhance its current ladies set up, to include a good level junior set up and senior progression. Ladies Open Age Manager & Coaches The club wish to appoint a new management team to initially form a ladies team for the club. The club has high aspirations to produce a ladies team that will challenge for the Womens Premier League and incorporate our younger development players into a long term plan. Youth & Schools Business Manager The club are seeking to appoint a Schools Business Manager that can put coaching schools into local schools either by direct sales or through funded programmes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone wishing to break into schools and community coaching as a career. A basic business plan must be put to the club for consideration. They took a lot of criticism for throwing money at the project, but I dont know many clubs that would turn down that opportunity given the chance.
