The issue, as anyone with half a brain (no offence) can appreciate, is overcrowding in rented accommodation, surely an area where some sort of legislation ought to exist? You can't have rouge landlords ramming people into places like these, it's not safe and it's not right. If people are happy to rent it whats the problem. ?
