RJRB Posted November 19, 2015 Share Posted November 19, 2015 This is a minor niggle. I always use Morrisons for petrol and accumulate the 5000 points to qualify for a £5 voucher. This used to be given out immediately by the cashier but on the last 2 occasions I was told that I had to wait 24 hours. On the latest one I called in 4 days later and have been told there is a delay in printing them and to try again when next in the shop. canetoad Posted November 19, 2015 Share Posted November 19, 2015 I have had the same problem I waited a week for points to be added which should have generated a £5 coupon still not added on my next visit I asked customer services as it was after 6pm they told me to call head office the next day as they couldn't help I left it I'm not begging for a fiver but I do find it annoying Morrisons attitude all over no wonder they are loosing business Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Allen Posted November 20, 2015 Share Posted November 20, 2015 Stopped shopping at Morrisons when they introduced their new card to replace the Morrisons miles one.
