If it's traffic related what you consider bad driving isn't forced to be illegal and even if it was you'd need some kind of proof to prove it ever happened. If it's a traffic violation or something really serious then it's a Police matter, anything to do with licencing, illegal pick ups etc then the licencing department is the place to go but unless it's serious why bother! Got one from the station the other day and he had no idea where Beauchief was or main roads like Hutcliffe wood rd had to direct him from Chesterfield Rd.
