You're not from round here are you? No I'm not from round here. It's a small factory building where Henderson's Relish was made for many years after they moved from their original factory at 35 Broad Lane. They've now moved to an industrial unit off the Parkway. Think you have got the cart and horse wrong way round on this one. They are going to demolish the Uni Arms anyway.
