max Posted December 4, 2015 Share Posted December 4, 2015 It's inconceivable that the UK would break off trade with Saudi Arabia let alone call for sanctions. We've just had a vote to bomb Syria, a close neighbour of Saudi Arabia, using Brimstone missiles. As Saudi Arabia are the only other nation to whom we've sold these is it too much of a stretch of imagination that the use of them in Syria is just a demonstration of their capability? If we cut off relations with Saudi, then would we be doing the same with other countries who execute people? China Executes more than all the others put together. Politicians blustering and 'raising concerns' is just pointless posturing. We should accept its their gaff and their rules, while ensuring that in our gaff our rules apply and they are not allowed to use their cash as they have been doing to infect Britain with their backwards wahabi ways.
