They are doing what they should for the shareholders of the company in maximising their return. If you wanted to blame someone, blame the government. If they really wanted to, they could have closed the loopholes in the tax system that allows them to do what they do. Past governments be it Labour or Tory have just a blind eye to the whole issue.
