There's speculation it's a take on Yes but that advert is saying that regardless of your race or colour, anyone can shop in that shop. You can't just change your sexuality on a whim, though and even if you try to force it (through various types of conditioning and brainwashing) you can't guarantee that your sexual preferences will change.
