8balltiger
Wasn't it a quid a ticket for that one. yes, they tricked the brainless owls:loopy: by giving them all tickets and the scroungers went to claim their pounds, but were told to take a seat(never tell a leeds fan to take a seat, they do. literally)

Guest
Kids are the future mate (without wanting to go all Micky J). I just think its our responsibility as proud Sheffielders & followers of the Beautiful Game to not give them false hope by getting them involved in meaningless aspirations of consistent top-flight football. Wean them onto it with form like 4 wins, 2 draws & a loss, strengthen them with the promise of quality, experienced players & a manager who remains in his technical area, for the upcoming season. And, when the rewarding times do come, we are not there half-cocked with a core fan base of about 18,000, pretty ropey recent form & TWELVE seasons of dissapointment behind us. I thank you. We thank you too - for the 6 easy points this year. As for the match stats, look at the league table - it does not lie and gives you the real story this season. Won't be seeing you next season - we're Premiership bound.

Robbie Loving
Robbie, I didn't see the game obviously, but the way that I'm reading it is that he was ejected by the ref after consultation with the fourth official. It didn't help his cause that he supposedly refused to leave at first and then was escorted off by the police. If these are the facts, I can't see him not getting a ban for a game or so next season. there are TWO games left this season, so if he gets a ban surely they will be served now. simple really. it was actually the 4th official who asked warnock to the stand, then in turn the policeman and poll stood in the middle. Yeah, but Wednesday CURRENTLY pulled in 30,000 for a no-brainer against Norwich & will pull even more for Reading this week even though we've absolutely nothing to play for. To me that's support! and seriously, what is your point? norwich was not a no brainer anyways, it was a vital game in which you needed points to stay up.... correct? reading..... well they are a good team, also it is your final home game, of course it will bring a big crowd. so really, you have no point
mark1971
Now the blades have reached the premiership, what do u think we need to survive the likes of chelsea, man u and arsenal. What are your views on the blades staying up? Sheffield* First & foremost united need to spend at least 15/20 million pounds on quality players because it's no use looking for basement bargains in this league, personally i'd be happy finishing in the lower half of the table so long as we don't finish in the bottom three.I think united need to offload quiet a few players,i think the players that should stay are webber, kabba, tonge, jags, kenny, bromby & kozzie
