mikeG
My son has acquired a company car - top of the range Jaguar. It has no wiper fitted on the rear screen. All the cars we've had over the last 30 years have them as standard. Anyone else got a modern car with no rear screen wipe?
ll49
I've just bought the new Jaguar XE and that doesn't have a rear wiper. I've also got a Honda Civic Type-R and that doesn't have a rear wiper. I think this is the case on quite a lot of cars.
Dr Afzal
Thought it was only hatchbacks and estates that had rear wipers?
martin6
Saloons generally don't have rear wipers
tzijlstra
Saloons generally don't have rear wipers This, as far as I am aware. Most saloons have pretty slanted rear windows, meaning that a combination of windscreen heating and aerodynamics pretty much keeps it clear of water. mikeG
Thanks for the replies. As I've had hatchbacks for the last 30 years, I haven't noticed that saloons may not have rear wipers.
