Piloxing is a non-stop interval fusion of Pilates, Boxing and Dance. Feel empowered with boxing, find balance with Pilates, and let loose with fun and funky dance moves! Thursday 6.15-7.15pm - Wharncliffe Side Community Centre Come and try the latest Hollywood fitness craze! Burn up to 900 calories in one class! Piloxing is a barefoot workout which can also be done in trainers or yoga/grip socks. Bring some water to drink, a mat or thick towel for floor work and a sweat towel. Friendly class.
