woodmally Posted March 3, 2016 Share Posted March 3, 2016 There's a massive distinction between "homeless" and "rough sleeper" There's also a mass of reasons why people might sleep on the street by choice, rather than some B&B's, hostels etc What is the distinction then between the two? I thought they were two sides of the same coin. Also I cannot think of a single reason why someone would want to sleep on the streets by choice rather than a B&B or a hostel.
