macstewart Posted January 12, 2016 Share Posted January 12, 2016 I went to Maltby Street School from 1946-1956 first under Mr Dunkley and then Mr Thomson after Dunkley retired. I can remember many teachers including Jack Beech,Miss Turner,Mr Goldstone,Miss Worral,Miss Rutherford,Miss Bennet and Mrs Swann all of them well remembered. Some of the people who attended at the same time were Fred Slater, Jimmy Stanley, Trevor Anson, Mick Matthews, Linda Hibberd (big crush!) Diane Onions (to name a few.) Do any of these ring any bells?
