What do companies do with profits?

Recommended Posts

No agenda psynuk, I just get the impression that some people don't understand how they benefit from company profits.

Not sure what you mean or what was the point of the thread if you already knew yourself.

Its advantageous that any economy has successful businesses that are able to trade profitably. Its a very odd thread.

Waste it :gag:

When it should be going back

To communities

Aren't we a little commie.

Put them in a huge pile a stare at them whilst cackling with an evil glint in their eye.

Then they sit around in their corporation rooms being all corporationy and cackling some more.

That is exactly what we capitalists do.

Don't forget - we also roll around in piles of money when noone is watching. Naked. In cowboy boots and hat. Covered in Vaseline.

I see that Google's tax deal on British profits means that Ireland will get less tax revenue. The pot is only so big so if you take it from one place in the EU it leaves somewhere else. The UK deal seems to be very bad for the Irish economy, and lord knows, the Irish need companies like Google.
