What makes you think I think that Anna? Generally I don't; with Putin though, I get the impression he's far less shackled by the machinery of state, than western leaders are. Putin is not president, prime minister, dictator or ruler of Russia. Putin IS Russia. He is a strong leader with genuine support of his people. So he got some traitor killed. Big deal.
