I've looked around online and found this company that has an office in S8: https://www.medical-solicitors.com/medical-negligence/death-by-negligence/ Don't know if they're good, but looks like they've been in Sheffield a long time and look genuine. They also recommend these charities: https://www.medical-solicitors.com/help-advice/support-for-death-and-neglect/ I really hope you get answers and a lot of support with this.
