Of course, they said there was nothing they could do (as suspected). Becky - I had to google the car you were referring to, and it looked exactly like that. Thanks for the additional info. I run around there a lot and will be keeping my eyes open for this car in the future. Glad I could help! It was done up like a rally car, and being driven like one. I thought he might have accelerated past us to get through the parked cars before the car coming down got there (in a "me first!" arrogant sod kind of way), but maybe he was getting away from the scene of the crime...
