does anyone remember Roy mitchell from botham street he lived oppersite the chippy he was the lad who set the house on fire starting his motor bike up.

thank you for that always thought it was a load rubbish. Was Roy the lad who

couldn't talk that well, his mother was called mary and he had sister called

monica and a brother called john.I think his dad was a postman who died

in 1947

I knew Roy Mitchell he was mad about motor bikes, did you no he set his

house on fire he kick started the bike in the house and not for getting the petrol he

had in the house. BOOM? :suspect:

When roy told me that story, I thought he was joking, he is still mad

about bikes. he also had a bad accident in the rolling mills,

yes roy is still round he is in a nursing home with his wife sandra.

only knew that he was crushed between two metal gerders in the rolling mills

as he was an over head crane drive this happened before he married

sandra.

I was in Enzers chippy bang opposite where Roy lived,window came straight out.Very lucky bloke he wasn't killed.
