How will this war start?

Recommended Posts

How will it start?

Religious intolerance or too much much tolerance depending on your view

Has it already started?

Yes, media blackouts and a government who refuse to address situations have started the momentum probably around 10-15 years ago in this country.

How will it end?

Badly

What sides will we have?

Most likely nationalist v socialist although I suspect it would be a militia/vigilante civil war so they may also be certain fractions who just take advantage of civil unrest (a bit like the London rioters)

How long could it last?

Probably not very long police and/or army would sieze control quickly but again I'd refer to (London riots/Northern Ireland one went on for 3/4days and the other for decades !

Will it or is it a new type of warfare?

Like I've said it will be a new type of modern warfare in this country as it would be a more militia/vigilante style war again if refer to Northern Ireland and I'd say the use of homemade explosives/"street weapons" would be used

But most importantly How can it be prevented ??

I'll leave that open to debate

What, specifically happened 10-15 years ago?

The london riots started as a small number who has a beef with the police followed by large numbers of chancers who saw the police weren't doing anything. Incomparable to any war, ever.

Northern ireland have had tensions with prods and Catholics since the year dot. But tensions, not a war.

Nationalist and socialist will never happen in this country ever. It's been knocking on 500 years since the last civil war. The emergence of jeremy Corbin is highly unlikely to change that.

What we know for certain is that all wars are contrived.

Remember Iraq and WMD?

Slightly right with your view This war will have nothing and everything to do with government and its policies, although religious intolerance/too much religious tolerance that will start this war will come down to street level.

So wars will start but everything and nothing to do with governments. And religion. Anything else that might or might not start a war?

The London riots are just a small snippet of what could happen at the time it was called "large scale disorder" any religious/social riots that we will see I'd imagine to be a lot worse. You say it's incomparable and to an extent yes, but this is the new type of warfare I asked in the original post, it's not so much going to be going "over the top" anymore. This is going to be civil war at street level.

Northern Ireland was Tensions not a war? Tell that to the IRA and UVF

And as for Jeremy Corbyn... Well he will certainly be a big instigater in any street level conflict.

It will start from people who don't agree with government policies at a street level. The government won't be sending troops into whichever country because this situation will be on the streets of London/Birmingham etc
