Yet this time not only has the criminal being caught, found guilty and punished. They have been given a jail sentence and no longer commit crimes. This is how the justice system should work. In Netherlands fireworks are more or less criminally illegal yet it causes more problems and injuries for the little bit it is used around new year than in UK.
